Rei-ki is a practice of manual healing which is a passive, stationary, hands-on treatment. This does not requiring movement or pressure for its primary purpose - to relieve stress, pain and stimulate the body’s own healing processes. Healing therapy is achieved through enhancing the flow of life force energy through direct touch.
Rei-ki is the ancient art of hands-on healing. It is a simple manual art with a philosophical understanding of the human function; it is not a religion. People learn Rei-ki to heal and enrich themselves and others. Since the only tools needed are your hands, it is always available to be practiced - anywhere and anytime.
I am a qualified Usui Reiki practitioner – qualitfied in Reiki I & Reiki II. I am available for both hands-on healings and distant healings.
